The Race To Recovery
Following a major stroke in 2009, my Dad has been in and out of the hospital battling Congestive Heart Failure. He’s been on death’s doorstep numerous times but has won each and every war. He is currently in a rehab center after his defibrillator got infected. He underwent a few different surgeries, and like many times before, was given low odds to survive. He beat the odds once again. Doctors are actually stunned how he continues to defy the odds.
Now unfortunately, his medical bills are piling high. He also needs another 2-3 weeks to complete his rehab, which Medicare is refusing to pay.
My Dad is the reason I got into the horse racing business. If you can help at all, no matter how much, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.
