The Plitt Family

Hi friends,

I am raising money for a cause near and dear to my heart. 

Jacki Plitt, the mother of my brothers girlfriend and my best friend, was diagnosed with brain cancer 6 years ago. Her cancer is very rare, among the 1% of all known brain cancers. 

Recently, Jacki has taken a turn for the worse. Due to chemo, radiation, and placement of her 8 brain tumors, she is currently immobile and it is a struggle for her to speak. 

Her husband, Victor, has been off of work since the beginning of October to be able to stay home and take care of Jacki. Victor has been trying to get a home care nurse in the home so he can return to work, but insurance coverage through work ended in November because he has been off work taking care of Jacki. 

Without health insurance, Victor is responsible for all medical bills for miss Jacki - and without working, he is struggling to afford Jacki’s care let alone every day expenses. 

I’m raising money for Jacki and Victor Plitt so Jacki can get the care she needs to be able to fight the cancer like she has been doing for the past 6 years. Jacki is not ready to give up the fight, and I do not want financial circumstances to end her fight for her.
