The Ortiz Family Disaster Fund

We are saddened to say that our mother's house of over 25 years has been extremely damaged due to a fire yesterday Sept. 21, 2020. Per the city's license and inspection the whole house would need to be rebuilt or else it will be demolished after 30 days. She recently retired and unfortunately was in the process of looking for new home insurance due to her insurance expiring. All expenses will be out of pocket and we are asking for extra help to rebuild our mother's home.

Everyone that knows my mom, Maria, knows that she is very independent, caring, and giving. This house has been the go to home for family gatherings, parties, and holidays. Many family memories were built in this house.
