The Lowell convention trip

The Lowell student-run publication was chosen as one of the finalist for the 2018 NSPA pacemaker award, one of the most prestigious awards given to high school publications. With the gracious donations made by the Lowell Alumni Association and the PTSA, we are able to cover half of the cost of taking the trip to Chicago in November(flights and lodging) and attending the bi-annual journalism convention. The convention is filled with workshops which would allow us to connect with accomplished reporters and photographers, learn more about journalism, and attend the award ceremony. We would appreciate any contributions to help fund our trip. Thank you!
