Hey Everyone,
Lee Nelson here. Partner, Dad and NHS worker.
Over the next 33 months, I am planning 3 EPIC runs in a bid to raise money for 3 amazing charities. These guys have supported my family and me over the years and I feel I need to give back what I can.
These BIG 3 are as followed:
- Pumping Marvelous Heart failure charity.
- MIND - washington (NE england)
- Teenage cancer trust.
As I said these guys have supported us through a lot over the years.
my mission is to put my heart, body and mind through the wringer and give them all I have.
The Misson ' THE PROJECT'
- Tynemouth to Edinburgh (168 miles) over 48 hours. Planned for Oct '23
- The Pennine Way - North to South (268 miles) over 4 days. Planned for Summer '24
- The Camino of Frances - France to Spain (500 miles) over 9 days. Planning for Summer '25
These are my way of giving back!
I hope I can raise awareness for these guys and the amazing work they do!
