I’ve always wanted to open a salumeria. The dream is almost real, but funding these ventures is tricky, especially when sourcing heritage animals and contending with local building committees. This campaign pays it forward so I can compensate all my investors with an equal amount of product.
Once up and running, my investors can see what’s available and customize their selections. It’s the meat you crave…bacon and sausage and culatello, oh my!
Throw in another $100 and you can be part of the process: breaking down an animal, seasoning and curing it, and finally enjoying your patience and commitment.
Ultimately, Nevada County will benefit, as will my family.
