The Fund To Rebuild Dave's Home

If you’ve ever been to Saturn, you likely know Dave. He’s often the smiling face that greets you at the door and sees you off safely on your way out. Dave has been with Saturn for over 5 years now, and been a hugely uplifting force with all we do at the club. Unfortunately, in most recent and tragic circumstances, Dave’s mother passed away after a brutal bout with cancer.

As if that wasn’t devastating enough, now just a month later an electrical fire broke out in the kitchen at the family home where Dave lives and caused heavy damage to a third of their house. The house currently has no power and is entirely unlivable. During the time of Dave grieving his mother’s passing and getting her affairs in order, the home insurance lapsed leaving the family completely unprotected to cover a calamity of this proportion. This has all been utterly devastating.

Needless to say, a massive amount of cleanup, rebuilding, and installation of new electrical and other systems needs to be done. It’s a very long road ahead to get the family back even to just being able to live in their own house.

Dave has always been incredibly generous with all he does to help fellow employees, our patrons, and the overall community here. I hope we can pull together for Dave and his family in returning home during their time of dire need.
