The Franklin Greenhalgh Memorial Scholarship Award

My father, Franklin Greenhalgh, passed away on February 7, 2020. He was a wonderful, generous human being and a gifted, respected  engineer who dedicated over 50 years of his life to electrical engineering and audio design. Even after his retirement, Dad kept up with all technology innovations and loved discussing engineering. In his memory, we are creating a financial award for an Amityville High School graduating senior who plans to study engineering or information technology. Dad loved helping people and he would be proud to know that we helped a student who shared his passion. His spirit was always one of generosity and we would like to keep that part of him alive through this endeavor.
