The Fernandez Family House Fire

At approximately 11 AM on Wednesday, September 21st, Anastacia, Iovany and their 2 daughters lost their beautiful home and nearly lost their pet, Pirata. It was a normal day when Iovany stepped out for work, and Anastacia stepped out for just a couple minutes to go pick something up at the store. She got home and as she walked into the house, the fire alarm had went off, so she checked the kitchen looking for signs of a fire and nothing. She ran to the back of the house and when she opened the door to the third room, where the family dog, Pirata stays, nothing but black smoke came out. Thankfully, although he inhaled a lot of black smoke Pirata miraculously survived. She ran out with th dog who was shaking in fear and coughing and immediately dialed 911. Although the fire was only in the 1 room, it took firefighters nearly 20 minutes to arrive. During that time, the fire managed to destroy the entire house. Anastacia stood there hopeless as all her sentimental and material things went up in flames. Anastacia is my best friend and it's not for this reason that I want to tell you that she has such strong roots in the community. She has helped so many families and now its our turn. Aproximadamente às 11h da quarta-feira, 21 de Setembro de 2022, Anastacia, Iovany e suas 2 filhas perderam sua linda casa e quase perderam seu cachorrinho, Pirata. Era um dia normal quando Iovany saiu para trabalhar, e Anastacia saiu por apenas alguns minutos para pegar algo na loja. Ela chegou em casa e quando entrou na casa, o alarme de incêndio havia disparado, então ela olhou a cozinha procurando por sinais de incêndio e nada. Ela correu para os fundos da casa e quando abriu a porta do terceiro quarto, onde fica o cachorrinho da família, Pirata, não saiu nada além de fumaça preta. Felizmente, embora ele tenha inalado muita fumaça preta, Pirata sobreviveu milagrosamente. Ela saiu correndo com o cachorro que estava tremendo de medo e tossindo e imediatamente ligou para o 911. Embora o incêndio tenha ocorrido apenas no quarto, os bombeiros levaram quase 20 minutos para chegar. Durante esse tempo, o fogo conseguiu destruir toda a casa. Anastacia ficou ali desesperada enquanto todas as suas coisas sentimentais e materiais pegavam fogo. A Anastacia é a minha melhor amiga e não é por isso que vou dizer, mas quem conhece sabe que ela tem raízes muito fortes na comunidade. Ela ajudou tantas famílias e agora é a nossa vez.
