Thank you so much to everyone who has supported and shown love to The Dirty Grass Players! We wouldn't be anywhere without your support. You are the reason we've made it this far.
It’s been a little over 3 years that we have been playing together as The Dirty Grass Players. Each year we have grown as musicians and have been bringing our sound to more diverse audiences further afield from our Baltimore roots. In this last year, we bought a van and have been traveling almost every weekend throughout the Mid Atlantic States including a western road trip to Colorado and Tennessee. Our hard work and dedication to the music have also allowed us to advance in the festival and venue circuit and be on the same bill as national acts.
But as most of our friends and fans know, musicians work very hard and the pay (especially split 5 ways after expenses), doesn’t always reflect our commitment and dedication to our music.
We need your help. We are making a new album this winter! The album will be released in early 2019. As many of you know, this is a very time consuming, tedious, and expensive process. If we are to continue to grow in our success it’s imperative to continue to produce original music.
We are asking for your help in making our second album happen. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated. We are also offering incentive packages as our way of saying, “thank you for believing in and supporting The Dirty Grass players!”
