This past May, Jennifer Daly was suddenly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Young, vibrant, at the height of her career; and the loving mother of two small boys, her diagnosis was beyond devastating. Jen spent the last six months battling her cancer and passed away right before Thanksgiving. While the last six months have been unbearable on the family (especially her husband, Matt and their two beautiful boys, Will, a second grader at Holy Cross and Trevor, a Kindergartener) - the road ahead of them is going to be a long one.

Anyone who knows Jen and Matt, knows they love nothing more than their children; their faith; and each other - and as a community we need to help them through this. This Go Fund Me has been created in the hopes of raising funds to cover longterm consistent help at home; childcare; grief counseling - anything to help with this new road ahead of them.
