The Cherryl Vaccarella Scholarship Foundation

The Cherryl Vaccarella Scholarship Foundation will continue the generosity and spirit of Chef (Adams) Vaccarella by providing financial assistance to those students who want to pursue an education at SUNY Cobleskill in hospitality or culinary arts. 

Chef Vaccarella gave so much to the Cobleskill community by volunteering the talent and skills of herself and her students. She led the catering efforts for multiple on and off campus events to ensure “the real world” experience was cultivated.

She was well respected within the hospitality industry, her peers and especially her students  Many of her students got a start in the industry with Chef Vaccarella’s guidance and encouragement.  She was an academic mentor, but more importantly, she was a life coach to anyone who needed her.

The Cherryl Vaccarella scholarship foundation is seeking $10,000 over 5 years to support the ongoing financial assistance of the scholarship fund. 

Chef Vaccarella was about community helping community.   It’s our time to help her continue her generosity and spirit by giving back
