To be able to separate our existing Nut Free Tree Nut Free bakery into  2 separate bakeries with a learning room to be able to serve the Celiac community with a safe environment at all times and Celiac approved products. Our sales are growing annually by 52% and we believe it will grow even more in the next few years as more and more people understand the positive impact of clean ingredients on health and gluten free option for others. Unfortunately, the cost of to do so is prohibitive for a new business. Being able to have both bakeries would open many opportunities; totally safe environment and products for Celiac, wholesale opportunities for both traditional and GF products, and 3rd but not the least gluten free and traditional classes available 7 days a week for adults and kids.
