Raising money for Lashonda Willson

I was asked to assist in raising money for my beautiful cousin Lashonda Willson. Earlier this summer Lashonda was diagnosed with breast cancer, at the time she was already stage 3. She was optimistic and fighting the disease. Sadly that fight was short lived and last week she was admitted to the hospital found to be stage 4.

She was able to go home briefly, however a few days ago she was brought back to the hospital unresponsive and unfortunately has been unresponsive since. Currently she is on medications keeping her alive. It hurts to say that her fight is coming to an end.

She is a very special person that will definitely leave a hole in my heart as well as many others, including her thirteen-year-old son Landon who is her light and her life. All funds raised will go toward medical expenses and potential funeral expenses.

There is no way to make this process easy for her parents or her son, but relieving the financial burden will give them piece of mind to grieve the way they deserve to.
