Publish Sequel Book called Mark of Trusde

Donation protected
Hello! In 2018, I published my first novel Rise of the Ieta , a fantasy-adventure novel about a young girl named Anne on a quest to save her dad from an evil god. If you ever ready the Percy Jackson series, you'll love the Alem Books

This fund is to help pay for the expenses of the publication of the sequel novel called Mark of Trusde. The story of Anne continues with a dangerous shadow monster at her heels. I will need the funds by August, 2020. They will help pay for the expenses of an editor.

It would mean so much to have your support in furthering my dreams of being an author. The self-publishing industry is very difficult and as a young person, I don't have the funds to sustain my writing career in this format. Self-publishing gives me creative control and allows the author to have a closer connection with their readers.

I have also set up a list of milestones for our fundraiser.

At $100, I will do a reading of the first chapter of the second book, as it is right now. (WE HAVE REACHED THIS GOAL!!!)

At $200, I will do a live session on Instagram and fans will get to hear secrets about book two! If you are unable to do the live session, I will also upload a video to answer any questions fans send in. (WE HAVE REACHED THIS GOAL!!!)

At $500, I will show the first three chapters of Mark of Trusde to any of my $20+ donors.

At $1000, I will give away an exclusive shirt for any of my $50+ donors.

At $1750,  I will release copies of the original draft of my novel, in all of its messy glory, for my readers to see and laugh at. This is our halfway point and is meant to be a reflect on our journey together.

At $2500, I will give away a free signed copy of Rise of the Ieta to my top three donors.

At $3000, I will do another Q&A with my readers, where they can ask about anything: my life, either book, and the series as a whole.

At $3500, I will throw us a party!

(And hey, if we raise $5000, I will release early copies of book two to my top five donors!)

UPDATE 2/7/20: After selling some T-Shirts on Custom Ink, we raised $30, so I decreased the fundraising goal from $3,500 to $3,470!
UPDATE 6/17/20:  A friend donated $100 via Venmo for book purposes, so I decreased the fundraising goal from $3,370! THANK YOU GREY!
