Sanibel Captiva Guide and Adams Family Relief

Hi, my name is Brooke Adams, the daughter of Nick and Lori Adams. I am asking for my parents. Hurricane Ian has made a drastic impact on their company Nick Adams Photography/The Sanibel Captiva Guide. Not only have they lost everything they worked for for the past 20 years, but Ian has also destroyed everything from our home to our cars.

My Dad left his home country of England in 1999 with my mom after my oldest brother Max was born. They moved to Fort Myers to start their photography business on Sanibel. With all their challenges (Past hurricanes, Red Tide, Covid), they have never asked for help.

During Covid, they started The Sanibel Captiva Guide (thesancapguide.com) to bring light to those stuck in their homes, hoping it would give people positivity. They created a weekly podcast (thesancapguide.com/podcast) to interview local business owners and people who make Sanibel and Captiva the magical place it is.

Due to Hurricane Ian, their livelihood has been wiped out, making it hard for them to have any source of income.

These donations will help them rebuild what they have lost. Any contribution can help them. We all will come back stronger than before.
