Thank you to the NHS District Nurses

Cammy, Daniel Mark, Zoe and all the family would like to Thank everyone for their kind messages and support.

Due to the strange times we are living in only a select few can attend Jean's Funeral Service and no flowers are allowed.

So in thought of this we would request if you so wanted to donate to the NHS District nurses who very lovingly cared for Jean in her last few weeks. 
They worked along side Jean and the family offering kindness, love and support to both Jean and the family. 

So we would like to give them something back in Jeans Memory xx
