Greg Brunsgaard House Fire Recovery

In the early hours of Sunday October 16, 2022 a devastating house fire in Fort Saskatchewan tore through a townhouse complex resulting in the complete loss of the home of Greg Brunsgaard. Greg works in the military and was overseas on active duty when the fire occurred, leaving no opportunity to recover any of his belongings, many of them sentimental and irreplaceable.

While there were no injuries, Greg’s home was one of the middle units that the fire destroyed. 7 other townhomes in the same complex were also damaged. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, but an investigation is underway.

Everything Greg owned will need to be replaced with time, and funds will be directed towards essential items needed immediately as he begins to build back his life. We hope the community will come together for Greg to help him get back on his feet. 100% of the donations will support him in buying and replacing what he needs.
