Honoring Stacey

UPDATE 7-15-2021:
We have reached our goal for end of life arrangements and expenses. THANK YOU EVERYONE! 

We would like to keep the momentum going in hopes of kickstarting a scholarship fund in Stacey's name. Stacey was a lifelong learner. 
For those of you who don't already know, Stacey was a graduate of De LaSalle High School in Minneapolis, St. Thomas University in
St. Paul, Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania. Stacey flourished in a world of endless possibilities and adventures that
university's offer.  

Our next great hope is to remember Stacey's legacy by creating a scholarship in his name. We will begin working on this soon and hope
that people will continue to donate to Stacey and to those who need an educational lift in life.

Hello Danner Family and Community-

As many of you know, our beloved Stacey James Danner passed away as a result of COVID 19 on July 11, 2021. At age 46, he was diagnosed with COVID in mid May of this year and then hospitalized for treatment. Stacey fought hard (as Stacey does) and had a heroic team of nurses, doctors and specialists that gave everything they had to care for and to heal him. In the end, it was too much for his body to handle; he passed away peacefully after loving hands were laid on him in prayer.

We will all miss his energy and light, love, humor, intelligence, curiosity, perseverance, confidence and support of others. We will remember him as someone who touched others' lives and loved those special to him deeply and passionately; with courage and great care. We will hold Stacey in our hearts forever.

We have started this GoFundMe page in hopes of raising enough money to cover the cost of end of life arrangements for Stacey. If the amount raised exceeds the costs of end of life arrangements and associated expenses, the remainder of the proceeds will be donated to a charity in Stacey's name.

Please consider donating what you can in Stacey's honor and for all those who have passed too soon from COVID 19.
