Terri Reasor rebuild

My mother lost everything in the panhandle fires. She needs help. She would never approve of me doing this because she is one that has never and will never ask for a hand. Her and my brother got out with nothing but just the clothes on their backs. If you can help it would be much appreciated. I cant imagine starting over at 70.Thank you.
