Urgent,Terri’s going to be HOMELESS! Can you help?

This is Terri, moved to Colorado 8 years ago after having to retire from nursing due to medical disability! She is currently living in the home she is trying to keep! She is battling to save her home after the original owner came back on his word and  she is battling with him legally for a year! She has a loan offer and needs to close to get him off her back so she can live peacefully again! She needs closing fees and title insurance fees to get the deal done otherwise she will lose her equity and become homeless! After 30 plus years of being a Registered Nurse and giving to her community now she needs your support! She has been a friend to many and will be using money to keep her home of 8 years and keep her fur babies otherwise may have to give them up! She is devastated and in urgent need! If you can help or know anyone that can donate to help her please share this! We need to help her! Please it’s Christmas time! Nobody wants to lose their home at Christmas! She will be ever grateful to all! The support will help her stay in her home and not her car!Again she needs to close on her home of 8 years in just a couple of days! She can pay for the home monthly it’s just the excess fees for closing and title fees that have her in a desperate search for the rest! She had signed the papers once and thought she had it buttoned up to only be heart broken the very next day! So since she didn’t close on December 15th, the original home owner tacked on more fees really causing her a financial crisis! Terri has a small business with Paparazzi jewelry that she also runs out of her home! Helping her out would allow her to keep her business going! This man that she has dealt with for so long has taken advantage of her kindness and she is ready to see this stop! Can anyone help? Can anyone help her get out of this situation! She is always taking in rescues and helping the injured deer or whatever may come to her doorstep! She has even taken in humans and giving them a place to stay! She recently lost one of her rescues who is buried now at the home ! She also took in an elderly man with cancer who lost his battle in late 2019! She took in a young man who was also homeless!
