Terminal but Hopeful for Heather

Donation protected
7 years ago my family and I were able to see our dream come true and finally move out west. After 7 months of living in Nevada my wife's mother had a cancer scare. We left everything to rush back so my wife could be with her mother . 7 years later and with her mother in remission for 2 years we again were able to come back out west and live our dream. Just 4 months here I rushed my wife to the E.R. for pain in her abdomen, side and back. It was then we were told a large tumor was found in her ovary. My wife responded " Ok no big deal ovaries can be removed.." the dr. Then explained there were also lesions in her liver and her lymph nodes. Again my wife puts on a brave face and says " well let's just remove it " .
After many more CT scans, MRI's, hysterectomy, exploratory surgery and tests we have learned that her body has been under attack with a rare cancer called small cell carcinoma they believe it to be in either her blood stream and or lymphatic system. We are told it is terminal and at this point all we can do is try to combat the tumors by chemo to shrink them and cross our fingers that new ones don't arise. Without chemo she was given 18 months. With chemo however, they are unable to give us a time frame at all.
Having no medical insurance has made the whole situation that much harder as my company doesn't offer insurance. Dr.'s visits are upfront payments for the uninsured that we simply have not been able to afford. We desperately need to get back to Ohio so she can be with family. I will need to find a new job therefore, I will be unemployed during the transition. Once there we will need to set up chemo treatments which will be quite costly. We are asking for your help to help us get moved cross country to family and to help cover the cost of treatment, tests, dr. appointments etc . that will need to be set up for an uninsured patient till I can secure a new job that offers insurance.  Luckily, she has close family members back home who are nurses and can help me find her the care she needs. The love I have for this woman trumps my pride of asking for help. Please help me save my wife as long as possible.
