Teresa's World Cup Tour

Dear Family and Friends,

I have been an avid downhill skateboarder for 5 years, and it has been a dream of mine to pursue a world title in Women's Downhill Skateboarding.  The opportunity has come to help my dream become a reality!  I am here to ask for your support in my attempt to compete for the world cup in the International Downhill Racing Circuit this summer.

Throughout the months of July and August, I will be competing in competitions throughout Europe. The races that I will be attending are listed below:

I have just been invited to join 15 other skateboarders from around the globe on a touring effort sponsored by All Year Longboarding to travel to each of these events. This tour will be accompanied by a camera crew who will document the entire experience.

My sponsor, Chroma Skateboards, will be supplying me with free skate gear and equipment for each race. This trip, however, can only happen if I am able to round up enough funds to pay for my airfare and touring fees. As a student, I am limited on the number of hours I can work each week, and because of this, I am hoping to find support from family and friends to fuel this extraordinary adventure! 

Racing in the International Downhill Circuit has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember.   I believe, that with the right amount of training and dedication, I will be able to place well against the reigning downhill champions.  It would mean the world to me if you could help make this dream of mine a reality.  Any amount of support would be greatly appreciated, even if its just to share my Go Fund Me page on Facebook :) <3
