Tennis dream for kids in Yemen war zone

My husband grew up in Aden  (Yemen)
opposite a tennis club that was built in 1902  when it was under the British rule.
He wanted to play but didn’t have a tennis         racket. The coach Mr Wadi Taabit  gave him a
racket to use and coached him for free as he    did a lot of other kids in the community.
Some children went on to enter tournaments and even championships around the Middle    East

Mr Taabit is now 72years old retired but still   dedicates his time to the children of the community and mentors them.
Mr Taabit is the coach and the caretaker of the club which has no funding or government          support since the country went into civil unrest and war.
My Husband was upset to learn that Mr Taabit has been paying for repairs with his retirement pension   and fixing the equipment by hand as he doesn’t want to let the children down especially now in these times of war and hardship he says it’s   to keep them off the streets and falling into 48609094_1591479557166655_r.jpeg
 the wrong  hands.
We would like to raise funds for Mr Taabit to    carry out repairs to the damage caused by the war and flash floods and to purchase new equipment and continue to give these children something so positive in their lives and beneficial to their wellbeing.
