Tegan's Breast Cancer Fund

In early October 2018, my sister Tegan was diagnosed with breast cancer. Tegan is a loving single parent of two, a self-employed massage therapist, and esthetician. She is an eternal optimist and self-made woman. She has worked hard for independence and success her whole life and it is difficult for Tegan to allow others to help her. But even Tegan knows that in times like these, there are many people in and around her community who want to lend support out of love and not pity. Please embrace this information with care. Tegan has a lot more to give in life and your collective positive energy will be a powerful weapon in her fight against cancer.

Tegan's surgery is on November 5th. This will prevent her from doing the work she loves and end her only source of income for an unknown period of time. Unfortunately, as a small business owner, she has a high deductible insurance plan.

Friends, family, neighbors, community members, and folks we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, let us stand side by side to help Tegan fight this cancer with the strength of kindness, optimism, and generosity. Together we'll demonstrate the power of a community uniting with this strong Wisconsin woman I have a great joy to call my sister.
