We have once again been touched by this nasty blood Cancer as we recently found out that one of Rosie's Classic Car and Bike Club members has a fight on his hands again as the Leukemia he beat in 2015 has sadly returned.
This Cancer has taken friends young and old and I am moved to do my bit in funding the research to finding a cure.
We raised funds a few years back through our racing and are hoping with your help to do it again as we get back to racing this season.
Starting at Brands Hatch, you can sponsor us per lap completed or by if we finish or by where we finish - or just a simple one off donation!
Our daily-driven 1979 Reliant Scimitar (BlueBird) will be competing in the Historic Sports Car Club’s 70's Road Sports race, taking place at the Brands Hatch Legends of Brands Super Prix on 11th and 12th July. We will have a 15 minute Qualifier and a 20 minute race on the GP circuit which will take us about 2 mins per lap.
Being prepared by Team Rosie Racing she won't be that competitive as she's only slightly modified & Brands will be her debut!
So give us a cheer and pledge any cash you can spare to help in the fightback against Blood Cancers
