Friends Don't Let Friends Fight Alone

On June 21, 2013 my best friend Nadirah Beyah was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. Nadirah immediately went into fight mode and enlisted all of her loved ones to fight with her. She has since adopted the slogan "Friends Don't Let Friends Fight Alone" and I chose to fight with her. This has been a HARD battle physically, emotionally and financially. Since being diagnosed Nadirah was unable to work and has since lost her job. Nadirah worked at a post secondary technical school where she was responsible for recruiting men and women into programs to better their future. She was passionate and loved helping them pursue their dreams. I am now asking everyone to please help my friend fight this battle and continue to pursue her dreams. In addition to her regular expenses of daily living and raising a two year old toddler by herself, she now has an abundance of medical bills. I am asking all of you reading this to help me, help my friend lessen this financial burden. Remember "Friends Don't Let Friends Fight Alone".
