In early June, Leslie was diagnosed with Stage 3, triple negative breast cancer that has metastasized to her lymph nodes.
We have contracted with a local personal chef who is both a nutrition and culinary expert. She will provide weekly, healthy, fresh meals designed specifically for the needs of Leslie’s body during treatment. The rough cost is $200 per week, so we are increasing the fundraising goal on the Go Fund Me site to try to cover the cost through the 12 weeks of the doxorubicin (Red Devil) portion of the chemo. This should begin in September and continue through mid-December.
