Kim Soto vs Leukemia - #TeamKim
Donation protected
On February 23, 2018, after two weeks of general ailments that did not seem to be improving, Kim received confirmation of a diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). It has been a whirlwind for her and her family. Kim is currently in Medical City Dallas where she will remain to complete treatment, and this is just the beginning.
Many of Kim’s friends have expressed their wish to help the Soto family. Because of Kim’s need for continued support after her hospitalization, we have created this support page on behalf of Kim and her family so that those that love her can do something to help her and her family with all of the medical expenses and unknowns for her recovery over the days and months to come.
As you probably know, Kim is always ready and willing to help hers friends, family and community at any time. Personally, she has helped me navigate through some trying times in my life and cheered me on during the best times. I am sure that anyone who knows Kim can think of a time when she was there to lend a hand, offer advice, or just listen. She is a loving a devoted wife to Manin and mother to Ruby and Max. If you know Kim, you know she has a very positive attitude and keeping true to herself (in true Kim Style) she continues to do so through this journey.
To learn more about Kim’s journey through the words of her mother, as well as in Kim’s own words, “Kim’s Style” you can join https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/kimsoto.
Thank you all for your help.
