Team Tasha

I received a call from my bestie, which isn’t unusual for us to talk multiple times out the day. But this call was one I wasn’t expecting. She informed me that she was in the hospital and diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leaukemia. My heart sank and the tears started flowing from my eyes. Y’all she was so strong when she told me. The strength of this woman is uncanny. How could this be happening to someone of her age and health? Much less someone so close to my heart.
Tasha is one of the best nurses I know, she is also in school (almost finished) to achieve her Nurse Practioner Degree, and an amazing friend to me. In the blink of an eye her world was turned upside down. 
So here I am guys...asking my friends and everyone else to do what they can to help out my best friend through this. She can’t work as she is in the hospital getting treatments and will be for the next couple of weeks. We all know what monthly bills are like and life doesn’t stop because your sick. Let’s not even talk about what her medical bills will be when this is all said and done. Every little bit counts and will be much appreciated.
