Dexter's Medical Fund #teamdex

I am starting this campaign for our good friends and neighbors family. Dexter and Bethany are amazing, loving and hard working parents of 5 beautiful children. 4 young girls and a boy. Over the past year Dex been trying to fight off what they were being told was a nasty cold, flu or respiratory infection. As his symptoms worsened, he began to lose weight, a lot of weight. More tests were completed and on June 19th 2017, Dexter's 40th birthday, they were given the news no family wants to hear. Stage 4 B diffuse large B cell lymphoma. As you can imagine this was crushing to them and everyone who surrounds their family. Even with such heavy hearted news they remain the same optimistic and caring people they have ALWAYS been. Dex is starting his second round of chemo this week and we are all praying for him to start healing and kicking this Cancer's butt! We are hoping for an easier chemo this round as he had to be hospitalized 4 times after the first session.  Bethany just started her new dream job working in the labor and delivery unit as a nurses assistant and is the only one working right now as Dex fights and spends time with his family. The medical bills are starting to roll in and with 5 kids to make sure are taken care of,they can use a little support. I can't put in words how much Dex loves his children and the support we hope to generate from this fund will make sure their medical bills are not an added stressor as well as making sure the kiddos are ok and able to have the things they need.
