***UPDATE: Thank you all so much for your support! It has meant the world to us! For those who sent us messages to share with our parents, we have created a photo book of Zion memories and included those messages in there. We are presenting this gift in its entirety the weekend of February 28th, so shhhh! It's still a secret! :) Again, thank you very much for your support and encouraging messages to our parents. I know they will be deeply moved by it all. It'll be a wonderful reminder of the lives they have touched during their time at Zion.****
Hi all! Note: This is supposed to be a secret, so don't tell our parents!! Shhhhhh....
Since you're viewing this particular page, we would assume you know our parents currently or they have been a big part of your past. One or both of them have been your friend, your teacher, or a family member in your life. Whether they have touched your life in your childhood, college years, hiked through Yosemite with you, or wiped your tears after you scraped your knee playing kickball in the school parking lot, they have been a wonderful addition to all of our lives.
While our parents continue to remain positive and hopeful, they have faced many struggles this past year. The school they have given much of their lives to for over 30 years closed, their home was broken in to and objects were stolen, and their oldest van (We're sure you remember the field trips and after school ice cream trips in that grey van) was stolen and vandalized during that time period (all the seats were stolen besides the driver and front passenger seat). Also, our father took a courageous and challenging step by taking college classes towards a new profession. Watching them remain optimistic and so generous still during this time has made us appreciate and respect them even more.
Our Goal: Our parents' lifestyle has changed financially during this transition in their life, so we would like to ask for your help to raise money that will go towards maintaining the house, van, or possibly paying for that phone bill one month.
We would like to present this to them as the appreciation and support from their students, friends, and family members. If you would like to give them a message for when we present this surprise gift to our parents, please email or privately FaceBook message one of us daughters and we will put it in a book for them to read.

***UPDATE: Hi everyone! I've had a few people ask me when the deadline is for this. We are going to keep this posted until AT LEAST the beginning of February, just FYI. Not sure of an exact date yet of when we'll be ending this. Our parents' birthdays are both in February so we're hoping to present this to them by the end of February or early March as a belated gift.***
