The Careerist Project
The Project is a joint virtual group coaching venture between Moore Impactful Career Consulting, LLC and Brown Girl from Boston. Andrea and Shemika joined forces to work together help black women to create a strategic and intentional plan to help them succeed in the next phase of their careers and lives!
What Makes Us Different
Most career coaches focus on the basics: resumes, interview preparation and LinkedIn profiles. We use – Experience, Holistic, Individualist and Motivation - to help black women ages 26-40 focus on their highest level of personal and career development: defining success on their own terms, goal setting, purpose and completing in inner work/healing process before going to their next level.
With the combination of career and life coaching, The Project will have a lasting impact on each woman that completes the program and life-time access to online resources, recorded classes, conference calls, presentations and handbooks.
Help Our Cause
Your support and contributions will enable us provide scholarships for The Careerist Project virtual coaching program to those who have been impacted by COVID-19 and loss their jobs. Your generous donation will fund our mission. Along with, it will enable us to support our sister-women who are in need of technology accessibility and professional headshots.
The Careerist Project mission is simple:
To define what a healthy balanced of success looks like to each woman that will give them a sense of purpose and confidence. We do this by providing a space for black women to find the support, training and resources they need to excel in their personal and professional lives. The core values of The Careerist Project can be summed up in three words: Intentional. Creative. Individuality.
