Silalay’s Kidney Transplant and Recovery Fund

Hi Everyone, Friends and Family! I am Silalay Phommavong aka Arthur S. Phom have been diagnosed Kidney Disease in End stage renal failure and in need for a kidney transplant for a long time. Finally I received a great new from Kidney Transplant Team last Friday Sept 4,2020. By miracle of sorts, I received a Kidney donor from a Young man and underwent a Kidney transplant on Saturday morning Sept 5, 2020. The surgery was successful and my Kidney seems to function normally During the next 3 months to 6 months of recovery I’ll need some help with assistant with bills such as medical expenses, doctors co-pay, medications high co-pay, parking fee and gas to see doctors 2 times a week. I’m currently taking Tacrolimus, Mycophenolate, Prednisone, Valganciclovir, Clotrimazole, Sulfamethoxazole- Trimethoprim, Omeprazole, Multivitamin , Calcium Carbonate, Cholecalciferol, Atorvastatin, Ferrous Sulfate, Levothyroxine, Venlafaxine, Trazodone, Montelukast. As needed medications: Acetaminophen, Oxycodone, Senna, Polyethylene Glycol.
