Taylor McClain's Family Expenses

Donation protected

Taylor Denise McClain was a bright and beautiful soul that many of us grew to know and love. Her smile was contagious and her positive attitude was overpowering.  For those of you who do not know, Taylor went to RHS where she made lasting impressions on the people around here myself included. Taylor partipated in cheer all 4 years and learned to be a master of it.

Upon graduating from Richwoods High School, Taylor went on to Illinois State University where she still continued her passion for cheer. She even became a coach and mentor for younger enthusiast of the sport.

While in highschool Taylor met Nick parks and from  then on the  two of them were inseperable and dated throughout college. We all knew that they would be together forever and on Feb 27, 2017 they became engaged.

Taylor was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism a dieases that no one should have to deal with.  This dieases causes overproduction of thyroid that can lead to hyperactivity, heart palpitations, muscle weakness and many other terrible sympotms. On Feb 24, 2018 Taylor was admmited to Methodist Hosptital. Her body had worked into a thyroid storm, which causes many life threating sympotoms. On the morning of Feb 27, 2018 she  passed away.

A beautiful soul taken to soon from this world. A life that had just begun to live, ended prematurely. Taylor meant the world to alot of people. She was a daughter, a fiancé, a friend, a mentor, and above all else a great person.

No mother should have to bury her daughter, no husband his wife. I am reaching out to everyone today to please help out the McClain family in any way possible the smallest donation can go the longest way.

The fund created here today will be left to the McClain family to do with as needed. The sooner the fund grows the quicker the family may use it.

In times like this, its unity that helps us prevail.
