Taylor Family In Need

Donation protected

My name is Leah and I am a friend of the Taylor family.  As we all know, Hurricane Harvey  has brought mass destruction and mayhem to Texas.  Tracie and Jeremy Taylor along with their daughters, Hailey and Hope were hit hard just as many others have been.  They fled their home with the clothes on their back, a backpack with birth certificates and other documents, a tub that was meant to hold papers and other goods but  served as a floating device to hold their dog and their small daughter Hope when the water was too deep.   The Taylor family is grateful they are all together, alive, and safe.
It is unknown if their vehicles or their belongings can be salvaged.  They have been unable to go see the full extent of the damage at their rent house; they do not have renters insurance so as of this moment, they  appear to have  lost everything.  They are proud and humble people who serve God and their church as well as their community.  They are a family continually giving to others and want nothing in return.  In fact, the day after they fled their home, Jeremy and a close family friend, Michael Redmond, hopped in Michael's vehicle and drove to a neighboring town,  Alvin, to cook and care for 80 other evacuees that were left stranded from the storm and bussed to safety.  In their time of need, they choose to bring comfort and aid to others.  They would never consider asking for anything from anyone.
Jermemy is self-employed and his office is his car. He will be unable to work in the forseeable future.   He is the primary financial support for the family.  Tracie works part time at their church but it is uncertain when or if she will be able to return to work.  Regardless what the future holds for them, they will continue to serve God and their community.  I feel that we, their friends and family, can take it upon ourselves to try and help Tracie, Jermey, Hailey and Hope.
Please take a moment to consider giving to such an amazing family that continually gives to others.   Anything helps.  No amount is too small.    Any donation recieved by the Taylors will go towards rebuilding what has been detroyed by the storm as well as daily needs such as toiletries, food, dry goods, and clothing.
