Tashjian Family Fund

Hi, my name is Susan and I've known Heather since the 1st grade. She is one of my dearest friends and her family needs our help! Heather and Isaac were admitted to the hospital on 8/21 and it has been an uphill battle for the family ever since. This fund is intended to help cover hospital bills, lost wages, meals and whatever Heather, Isaac and Samarra need. Please help these wonderful people and keep those prayers coming... please.

Below is a post from Heather...

Hi everyone. I wanted to make one big update as so many of you are praying and have reached out. On August 21 Isaac and I were admitted to the hospital with Covid pneumonia. We were in the same room and taking same meds and things looked good. At about day 4 or 5 isaac wasn’t getting better. So they moved him to a different floor with more oxygen and better nurse:patient ratio. As the days progressed he got worse. We had to have difficult conversations about many things. Isaac had to agree to intubation if it came to that. On the morning of the 31st he was put on a ventilator. A few hours later his lung collapsed and he needed a chest tube. This morning his kidneys were shutting down so we had to start dialysis. He is medically “paralyzed” at this point so he can not fight the machines and they can do their jobs. Doctors telling me all the time he is in grave condition. Doesn’t look good for him. With his medical state he isn’t conscious so I only hope he heard me and felt my hand and kiss. But we know our God is almighty and He will restore isaac fully!! I healed. I came home today. I have shortness of breath and oxygen with me. But I’m home. I wasnt allowed to say goodbye to him nor can I see him till he’s ready to come home. Samarra has been with family and dear friends this whole time. She does NOT know how sick isaac is. She just knows daddy is taking longer. I cannot begin to mention , tag or name every single person that has helped, reached out, prayed etc. This man is being prayed for from Armenia to Germany to Canada! He is loved. We are loved. So a few things we still need. We need prayer for Isaacs lungs to heal. His kidneys to be restored and to be able to breathe on his own. Pray he continues To fight!! We pray he is fully restored! Please pray for me. For strength. Isaac is my compass and I feel lost. Leaving him today was the hardest thing ever. So now I navigate bills and schedules and paperwork for disability etc. oh and cooking. Pray I learn how to cook lol Pray I find the right words for Samarra. Pray for her heart and mind as she tries to comprehend this all. I won’t be making any other updates as I need to focus on Samarra and getting my husband well. If you want updates please send my brother Jeff Hintz a message and he will add you. If you message me please know it’s not personal if I don’t respond. To my family I thank you. I love you. To Isaacs family. Thank you and I love you. To my friends and coworkers. Thank you. I am positive every person reading this has already prayed for us and helped us in some way. Thank you. To God be the glory. We know he will fully restore my amazing, selfless strong husband. We love you and we thank you ❤️
