Tara's Medical Expense Fund

A few weeks ago, Tara woke up with partial vision loss in her left eye. Concerned and coupled with her past few months of pain, and a misdiagnososis of MS, she decided to go to the ER. The Doctors told her she had a stroke. After more testing they found a golf ball sized tumor in Tara's heart. She will be having open heart surgery on 10/17/2017 and will be off of work for about 6 weeks. With all the Doctor visits and the hospital stays, Tara will be in need of some financial assistance for non covered medical bills and living expenses. Her short term disability only pays 20% of her pay a week. Tara is unable to drive due to the stroke and had to withdraw from school. The doctors said she may need home care and rehabilitation. Any amount of help given is beyond appreciated! This will lessen the stress on Tara's recovery after surgery. Tara is a hard worker,  a mother and a grandmother who wants to work really hard at getting better to be there for her kids and her granddaughter.
