Tara Delbridge: SCAD

Tim Delbridge passed away on September 30th from a tragic motorcycle accident. Before his untimely passing, payment arrangements had been made with Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) for his daughter’s tuition payment. This unforeseen tragedy has put a financial burden on the family to continue to pay for his daughter’s tuition (4000.), vehicle (2600.), car insurance, rent, and food. Tara Delbridge, age 23, has completed an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Columbus Technical College. Tara then transferred to Savannah College of Art and Design, in Savannah, GA., where she is earning a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts majoring in Illustration. Tim was extremely proud of his daughter and would not want her to resign school due to financial difficulties. Tara, while dealing with the loss of her father, should not have to lose sight of her dream of graduating from college with an art degree. The visions Tim had for his daughter’s future should not have to be buried with him.
SCAD has given Tara until November 30th to finish paying the remaining 4000.00 owed for this quarter and the vehicle payment was due last week. Although Tara's mother is helping, she cannot cover 100% of everything. Any assistance you can give would be forever appreciated by Tara and her family.
