Tanner Clinkingbeard Memorial Fund

It is with a heavy heart that I write about a young man today who I will always remember with a smile on his face. Tanner Clinkingbeard was taken from us much too young, and we, his Mustang family, want to do something to remember Tanner.
I will always remember Tanner as a great kid with a kind heart, a good firend to my oldest son Kyle, and one heck of a little football player! He was a fullback and a linebacker for our Rock Creek and later Superior Mustangs teams from 2000 - 2004 in Superior, CO 80027. I often referenced him as our little "wrecking ball" as he would run over whatever was in his path and always with a smile on that little face! Whenever I asked Tanner to do anything on the field, it was always met with "Yes Coach" - never any doubt or hesitation. It was always fun when Tanner was around. He was often a member of our birthday sleepover TPing events, and I will never forget being chased by Ashley Prince's Uncle that night! Fun times!
Tanner, we miss you, I miss you, and you are forever our Mustang.
I will work with the town to fund a bench or a plaque or something near Williams Field in Superior. If we cannot make that work, I will work with the CCMFL to fund a youth football scholarship in the name of Tanner Clinkingbeard with whatever funds we raise in this effort. Anything you can give is appreciated!
