Help Scot get to the Mayo Clinic!!!

Meet Scot Liskey.  Scot is one of the kindest, most caring individuals you will ever meet. The guy that will and does do anything for anyone and everyone.
Scot was recently diagnosed with a rare autonomic neuropathy disorder.  This disorder affects the vagus nerve which controls involutary body functions, including heart rate, blood pressure, prespiration, and digestion.  Scot has been very ill and unable to work for quite some time  He was seen by nine area doctors before even receiving a diagnosis.
The good news is that Scot finally has some answers, the bad news is that the nearest Autonomic Neorologist in a five state radius is located in Arizona, at the Mayo Clinic.  There is treatment available, but it is costly and will  result in an extended stay in Arizona.  On top of being unable to work, Scot is now facing the finacial burder of travel and lodging, the loss of employer paid health insurance, and the staggering medical bills that have been accumulating.
Scot is constantly dizzy and can not stand for more than a very short time with out blacking out.  Please help Scot get to the Mayo Clinic to regain his health and take back his life.
Thank you to everyone who has already donated!!  Every little bit helps.  Your donations are appreciated.
