Rebuilding Tammie & Chuck's House

On Tuesday, November 14th, an enormous tree fell on the home of our beloved teacher and friend, Tammie, and her husband Chuck.
The damage is so extensive that the house will have to be entirely torn down and rebuilt. Additionally, the rain poured in through the collapsed roof and damaged many of their possessions.
Both Tammie and Chuck have been forced to take this time off work in order to move their belongings and meet with appraisers and insurance company representatives. Insurance will only cover so much of the damage, find them housing for so long, and will likely require that they board their two dogs at a kennel, so Tammie and Chuck will be left to come up with many thousands of dollars to rebuild their home and regain normalcy in their lives.
At this point we have set the goal for this fundraiser at $10,000, but their needs will very likely be even greater.
Tammie has been an integral and dear part of our school’s family for two decades and we all owe her so much. Please give what you can in order to help Tammie and Chuck through this unexpected and difficult chapter.
