Our friends, Shannon and Chris Talley are longtime Bellaire, Texas residents. Shannon has been an elementary school teacher in HISD for over 20 years.
Like many others, they lost everything when their longtime home flooded during Hurricane Harvey. They are presently living with friends but need some help to rebuild and just get through the next few months.
