TAL - "Raising the Roof"

The Titusville Art League  was formed in 1962 to provide cultural outreach to the community in northern Brevard County, Florida. The League offers art instruction for children and adults, conducts art summer camps, provides artwork to enrich public areas, and coordinates exhibits for artists in the area to showcase their work. TAL is a 501c(3) educational non-profit that operates on grants, revenue from classes, and membership fees. I currently serve as the treasurer for the League. 

TAL currently occupies a group of buildings which house studios and meeting spaces. Our pottery building is in need of a new roof. The harsh weather in Florida is not kind to roofing materials and this one has met the end of its life. It is challenging to keep the equipment and supplies in good condition due to moisture and mold problems. We hope to replace the roof before it become a safety issue, and prevent the closure of the building. Pottery classes are very popular and a good source of funding for the League. Our goal is to grow our organization and provide a clean, well maintained facility for the community. Donations of any amount are appreciated!
