I am Takanobu Watanabe.
I am a freelance filmmaker/photographer.
As I worked at a publishing company, I realized how much I want to create something myself and tell a worthwhile story with my perspective. So I changed career to be a filmmaker. And I decided to collect gears for both photography and videography over the years.
My dream is just to keep making visual art as long as I can do and I'd like to make at least one feature film inspired by Wim Wenders's road movies, and also documentaries about aspiring artists to inspire others and so on.

This documentary film explores and discovers similarities between Danish and Japanese culture. Specifically their attitude towards the world and humans' interaction with it. Both cultures have a deep appreciation for how things are naturally.

NEUT is definitely one of the best online media in Japan. They inspire a lot of young people with great stories
CUCURU CONCEPT FILM 8/2018
CUCURU is Japan's first bridal kimono specialty store.
Total coordination is the key to CUCURU's world of bridal kimonos, CUCURU explores all the way to meet Japanese craftsmen and starts from dying the threads used to make kimono fabrics.

But this all changed when I was having dinner after a photoshoot with two people at a restaurant on October the 2nd. A waiter had dropped some glasses on the floor next to us, and we looked away and when I looked back my professional camera, passport and phone were stolen.
Stolen Belongings Include:
• Canon EOS Mark 4 –€3,000
• Pentax67 ii –€2,200
• Sigma 50mm F1.4 lens - $700
• Extra chargers and batteries- €200
• 2 SanDisk Extreme Pro 256 GB - €280
• 2 SanDisk Extreme Pro 128 GB - €150
• 3 Seagate 2TB External Hard drive - €210
• Lenscases , SD card, Gears – €260
• Passport
• Backpack (the one supposed to be with the suits case)
TOTAL €10,000
I saved money for over 2 to 3 years to buy these items. I am not able to start working again until I have my equipment. I am asking for your help and in return, I will contact you directly to discuss how I can help you with my photography/videography. I'll do whatever I can to give back to you.

皆さんこんにちは、渡辺隆信です。
日本での出版社勤務を経てから、
自分なりの表現がしたい、伝えるべきことを自分なりの方法で伝えたいと思い立ち、映像/写真のキャリアをはじめました。
現在は、フランスにて制作活動しています。
自分自身、ロードムービーやドキュメンタリーによって人生で多大な影響を受けてきたので、そのような作品をつくり続けて行くことが夢です。フィクションではロードムービーを、ドキュメンタリーではアーティストの仕事や想いが形になっていく課程やユースカルチャーなどをおさめていきたいと思っています。

ウェブメディアNEUT Magazineの創刊を記念したコンセプトビデオ。旧メディアBe inspired! 時代からの取材対象者を中心に、世界観を表現した映像。

後継ぎがいないためにその素晴らしい技術が失われつつある着物職人。その思いを繋ぐために、花嫁着物という土俵で新たなニーズを生み出していく挑戦のストーリー。

拠点をパリに移し、撮影用の機材も少しずつ揃えていた矢先の、10月2日に、事件が起こりました。
撮影を終えてメンバーで夕食をとっていた晩、レストランの半テラス席でした。席を一回も離れずに3人で見ていたのにも関わらず、足元に置いていたバックがマジックのように消えていたので、3人とも状況が飲み込めない状態でした。聞くとそのエリアにはその手のプロの犯罪組織がいるそうで、多くの人が被害に合っているとのこと。
メインカメラ2台やレンズ、HDDからSDカード、フィルムなどの機材をすべてと、パスポートまで持っていかれてしまいました。
盗まれてしまうような状況をつくってしまった僕にも大きな責任があり、深く反省しております。
どなたにも頼らず、自分の力で乗り切ろうと思っていたのですが、さすがに参りました。。。
機材を失い、撮影案件をキャンセルせざるを得なくなってしまっております。
そこで、大変心苦しいのですが、ぜひ皆さんのお力をお貸しいただけたら嬉しいです。
ご支援くださった皆様への恩返しとして、写真/映像撮影など、僕にできることを心を込めて、お返しさせてください。
