ITF Euros -Romania. 2023

I am currently in training for the ITF Euros  which will take place in Romania  24th-29th April 2023  and would really appreciate your support to fulfil my dream.


I am an enthusiastic and passionate 16-year-old, who always gives 100% in everything that I do. I have regularly attended Taekwondo classes since I was 6 years old. See picture below.


I have enjoyed success in this sport, competing at a high level in significant competitions and championships.  I attended my first international competition at the age of 10.  I was awarded my Black belt in May 2018 at the age of 11. In October 2022 I was award Distinction in my Second degree Black belt Grading . 

Sporting achievements
 
·       2017 – 2022 selected to represent PUMA England at Taekwondo in the Holland Cup.

·       May 2018 Achieved Black Belt in Taekwondo at the age of 11, being the youngest in
        the PUMA organisation of Black Belts for 2018. 

·       May 2018 won Gold in the Holland Cup representing PUMA England

·       May 2019 won Gold in the Holland Cup representing PUMA England

·       2018 Junior Silver Medallist in Sparring. 

·       2017 PUMA Northern Champion

·       2020 PUMA Open Champion in Patterns & Sparring

·       2022 PUMA Northern Champion in sparring 

·       2022 Silver Medallist in the PUMA Junior championships 

·       I was awarded my Assistant Instructors Certificate in November 2021 and have helped
        to instruct 4-6 year olds in the Oxfordshire area.


I will be travelling to Romania with my teammates and coaches from ITF England 

My favourite part of Taekwondo is the people you meet, the constant room for improvement and finding new ways to push yourself physically and mentally. I would really appreciate your support to fulfil my dream.
