URGENT; Out of My Seizure Meds

I take a medication twice daily called Vimpat (lacosamide) for my seizures. When I lived in Colorado, I was on Colorado Medicaid, which paid for this medication. I moved to Arizona on October 20th and immediately applied for Arizona Medicaid. Unfortunately, these kinds of applications take time to process. I have a refill for my Vimpat but a month's supply costs $987. I have not found work in Arizona yet and cannot afford the medication.

I have one dose left for tonight. Without it, I will definitely have a seizure tomorrow when I come off of the medication and will probably continue to have seizures. I won't be able to leave the house and may have to go to the emergency room or some kind of inpatient treatment center.
