Purple Heart Veteran Needs Dental Implants

Hello,

 My name is Cody Walker and I am a 25 year old Purple Heart Veteran who fought in Baghdad, Iraq in 2004. I was injured on Dec. 8, 2004, less then two months after my 18th birthday. Early in the morning, I was hit with a 500lbs. car bomb and shot in the cheek, and as a result of the injury I am missing 4 front teeth. I have a 3-year-old little girl, Madison, and my wife is pregnant with our second girl. I can not afford to pay for the treatment myself and I am looking for some help. I have had many consultations, and the average cost for the implants I need is $15,000 without insurance.
