I've spent the last three years perfecting my recipes and creating beautiful, luxurious, unique gourmet sweets using the finest chocolate and natural ingredients. They have appeared at weddings and other special events to much acclaim. I now have the opportunity to take my business to the next level and have a retail outlet in an up and coming, historic downtown area that attracts locals and tourists alike. Whether the economy is good or bad, everyone loves to treat themselves to small indulgences. One of the favorite ways to do this is with food; especially sweets. It's been proven over and over with the success of the many cupcake shops and Fansy Confections offers so much more than just a cupcake. Each and every confection is handcrafted and is not only delicious, but beautiful as well. There is no doubt that, once I am able to offer my sweets to the public on a daily basis, Fansy Confections will be overwhelmingly successful. It has been my longtime dream to make a living doing something I love and that brings happiness to others. I have the creativity and the work ethic to make this happen; just need assistance with funding. My long term goal is to turn Fansy Confections into a thriving business; providing jobs for many and financial security for my loving, supportive family. When time and money allows, I would like to develop treats for those with special dietary needs so they may indulge themselves too. Eventually I hope to be in a position to give back to the community and those in need. The sky is the limit!
