My name is David kubot. And I'm from Staten Island NY. A dear friend of mine, Phyllis Hebert and her husband Ray lost everything in the storm and they are trying to rebuild all out of pocket and have no flood insurance. They are great people always willing to help all others. any bit helps. They've suffered greatly in the wake of hurricane Harvey.
